Hazard & Associates is committed to superior customer
service, the highest quality craftsmanship, and incorporating
long-lasting methods and materials that bring value to
the client. We are known in the Charlottesville architectural
community for bringing everything from detailed estimates
to the subtle intangibles to the table. We pride ourselves
on being “easy to work with” and doing our job
with awareness and professionalism.
In our commitment to quality we staff each project with
a project manager, working superintendent/carpenter from
start to finish, and the manpower required to get the
job done on time. Virtually all of our carpentry and painting
is done “in house” by employees of Hazard &
Associates. Approximately half of our volume of work is
in renovation, historic work and additions, the other
half is in new residential homes and light commercial.
