Beginning
with the initial client interaction and continuing until
the last item is completed on the punch-list, we approach
our work with thoughtfulness and candor. We recognize
that clear communication with expectations, costs, contractual
terms, deadlines, design, and construction are crucial
to successful projects.
Our Process
Virtually all our work is performed with architects involved.
We typically become involved in the design process after
the schematic phase is complete. This allows us to work
closely with both the architect and Owner to develop the
process within the Owner's budget. A working superintendent
is then assigned to the project to manage this process
and its execution for the duration of the build-out.
Green Building
We utilize green materials and methods that incorporate
advances in building science and will last the test of
time. In our commitment to promote green homes we assisted
in establishing Altenergy as the local expert and installer
of solar energy systems. Read
